For each client, we register receipts of goods that need to be processed as a priority. Either because of stocking products for a planned campaign or to replenish existing (missing) stock. In our MySkladon application, the client can set a priority for each goods receipt according to their current needs.

When goods are received, we systematically track the expiry date and batch for relevant products. We thus reduce the risk of expiry dates, we stock according to the specific requirements of B2B partners, we are able to trace and dispose of defective batches, etc.

Do you cooperate with suppliers who do not label their goods or often make mistakes in labelling? To ensure accuracy in storage and picking, we label products with EAN or QR codes, stick instructions for use, include package inserts and more.

For clients who are not satisfied with the production quality of the delivered products, we provide (random) quality checks according to the established guidelines. We visually assess colour, tighten caps on liquids, verify product functionality, etc.

Are you planning a marketing event or need to finalize a multi-item product? We provide our clients with kitting of sets, kits or gift packs according to a set list of items, either immediately after receiving the products in stock, in a batch or on an ongoing basis.

Do you offer your customers the possibility to customize products with engraving? In our distribution center we engrave your chosen texts, logos or images on products.

We also offer our clients the possibility of embossing. We can stamp unique messages – composed of letters, numbers or other characters – on selected products according to the customer’s requirements.

Do you need to decomplete previously shipped products and then restock your inventory for new orders? We have extensive experience with this process and are happy to help.

For coffee retailers, we grind coffee beans to the required coarseness directly in our warehouse facilities. We heat seal the final packaging and apply the appropriate labels.

Do you differentiate yourself from your competitors with original accessories such as branded ribbons or stickers? We also offer this service to our clients as standard.

Do you distribute your electronic devices repeatedly into circulation and are you looking for a partner who can provide you with trouble-free service? We have experience in cleaning, visual and functional checks, reinstallation, factory resetting, charging, re-packaging… and then delivering the devices to the renter.

Do you stock products that you need to have on hand as soon as possible for order processing? Or have you overstocked and use some of the products for (long-term) stock with the possibility of future replenishment to the available stock? We work with both scenarios, stocking both pallet buffers and shelving to reduce costs for our clients.

Do you sell small goods or does your supplier deliver boxes with multiple types of products? Are you looking for a warehouse saving solution? We have a multiSKU solution where we store a variety of products for our client in one location. Both in shelving and pallet racking.

For our clients, we are equipped to store (part of) the goods in coolers or refrigerators.

We store goods that fall into the category of flammables in the immediate proximity of loading ramps. These are mainly products containing batteries, petrol, oil and others. We also work with carriers that allow the transport of hazardous components.

Do you trade with non-EU partners and your goods are subject to customs duties? Take advantage of our bonded warehousing permit. You only pay customs duties at the time of order reception, optimising your company’s cash flow.

We systematically analyze sales at the level of each product, where we then store the best-selling items as close to the packing tables as possible and vice versa. We are thus able to ensure the highest possible efficiency in the order handling process.

Do you value customer experience and is unboxing important to you? We clean our clients’ products of dust and other possible dirt from production before packaging.

For the registration and possible complaint management of electronic devices, we pick up products by serial number or IMEI. This information is systematically paired with the product throughout the complete purchasing process.

As a standard, we pick goods using the FIFO method, but in the case of products subject to expiry date, we systematically follow the FEFO method. Our clients can select the picking method at the product level in the MySkladon client application.

Do you sell your goods through B2B business partners who require products with a minimum expiry date? Thanks to our warehouse management system (WMS), we meet these demands on a daily basis.

For our clients, we pick loose material or significantly small goods using QR codes to increase the speed of processing this specific product range.

In the process of picking goods from the orders of a specific client, the warehouse staff is systematically navigated along the shortest possible picking route, thus eliminating the necessary time to a minimum.

Are you actively working on customer retention and adding support materials to your orders? We include promo, instructions, thank you cards and more in our clients’ orders in the language of the destination as standard.

Do you work even harder with the customer experience and include extra little gifts in your shipments? Our clients can set the price level of their order for gift insertion in MySkladon app.

At the request of our clients, we personalise orders with handwritten messages – directly addressing the recipient by name and in the local language of the package destination (currently in 7 languages).

Do you sell on marketplaces and need to ensure a smooth material flow of your shipments using SSCC codes? Or are you trying to protect your goods from unfair reselling practices? We will label your products with QC codes.

If our client values premiumism, we wrap their products in tissue paper. In our distribution center, this packaging method is common for the cosmetics, fashion or book segments.

We offer our fulfillment services to many companies in the footwear industry. For packaging, it is common for us to insert insoles into shoes, attach (orthopaedic) insoles, lace laces or punch holes for laces.

If our client targets the customer’s smell senses when unpacking orders, we perfume the packed orders taking into account the gender of the recipient.

To eliminate damage to products during transport to the end customer, we have defined packaging regulations with our clients who sell fragile goods. Stickers informing about fragile contents are a matter of course.

We respect the strength and uniqueness of each brand. Therefore, if our client requests, we wrap their orders in their own filling and packaging material, the use of branded adhesive tape is no exception.

The trend of taking ecology into account in logistics is becoming more and more noticeable, so our clients can use both their own and our ecological packaging materials. In addition, we are able to provide these at a discount due to the quantities we buy.

Do you own a network of brick-and-mortar stores or sell through B2B business partners? We follow strict rules when packaging, such as inserting products in the required order and EAN code on top, attaching the necessary documentation and other specifications. In addition to standard carriers, we also cooperate with carriers specializing in oversized pallet transport. We quote prices for our clients, order shipments, meet the required delivery slots for B2B partners, handle the necessary documentation (CMR, weights, dimensions, stackability of shipments) and more.

If our clients import/export their goods outside the European Union, we represent them in communication with customs authorities. We also cooperate with Mywatrade company on importing goods from third countries.

Goods that are returned from the customer to our distribution center are restored to saleable condition – we check for damage, clean, repackage, and restock. In case of any confusion, we photograph the goods and send them to the client for assessment or resend to the original address.

In segments with higher return rates (e.g. fashion, footwear), we include return address labels in all shipments for possible return of goods. Of course, based on an agreement with the client in order to improve the customer experience associated with reverse logistics.

If required by the client, we are able to arrange regular/impact pick-ups for their goods, which are transported to the dry cleaners and then back to our distribution center.

For our clients we arrange the disposal of goods that are no longer saleable. We also have experience in the environmental disposal or disposal of goods that belong to a special regime.

We monitor all our packing tables with 4K camera systems. Their recordings are then used to resolve any customer complaints. We send our clients photographs showing the (in)legitimacy of the case.
