For the most efficient orders handling, we store our clients’ inventory in a system-managed ratio near both B2B and B2C workstations. We replenish goods according to ABC analysis and take into account the shortest picking routes.

When picking products, we are guided by the specific B2B requirements and needs of your business partners. We pick products in a defined order, taking into account minimum expiry date, batch, shipping date, etc.

Kitting

Kitting of gift sets and kits, which we distribute to retailers, for example, in connection with marketing events, is no exception. Again, according to specific customer requirements.

Packing

With each client, we have a set packaging guideline according to the nature of the product sold. Due to the higher weight of B2B packages, we normally use plastic corner reinforcements, fixing foils and tapes, pressure and waterproof kraft boxes, etc. For products of a fragile nature, the insertion of larger quantities of filler is a standard feature.

Labelling and documentation

For smooth transport and receipt of goods at the warehouse of a business partner, we label B2B shipments with SSCC codes, unique barcodes or address labels, attach custom or requested delivery notes, identification labels, packing slips, pallet lists, invoices and many more.

Dispatching

Our customer care department quote prices with our contracted carriers, order shipments, comply with the required pick-up periods of B2B partners, handle the necessary documentation (CMR, weights, dimensions, stackability of shipments). We also support the possibility of own transport option.

Which B2B clients do you offer your fulfillment services to?

Over 70% of our clients sell their goods through both their own e-shop and B2B channels. Most often these are shipments to marketplaces warehouses or to their own distribution network. Among our public references, we provide B2B fulfillment for companies such as Kilpi, Skinners or Sportisimo.

How does the B2B picking and packing process differ from the traditional B2C process?

In many ways, it always depends on the specific requirements of the client. For B2B orders, we classically deal with their prioritization – for example, an order for a business partner takes priority over an order to our own brick-and-mortar store, the order of placing products into boxes to facilitate handling in the store as much as possible, the methods of marking with (custom) labels, packaging in foil or tape, attaching documents such as invoices or delivery notes, and much more.

How are you equipped to handle B2B orders in your distribution center?

In short, a separate B2B workplace and dedicated staff. The B2B workplace consists of warehousing, packaging, sorting and shipping departments. All B2B orders are thus handled separately from traditional end customer orders.
