<p>Through our web form we received an inquiry from a Turkish client, who operates 11 e-shops with a monthly volume of 3,000 orders worldwide, mainly Europe.</p>

<p>We contacted the client by phone and provided the basic information about our service. The call ended with a joint agreement to visit our distribution center in Mosnov in the east of the Czech republic near Poland or Slovakia.</p>


<h3 class="Text__H2-t2ax9-1 LZzEP">Visit of our distribution center</h3>
<p>In our distribution center we showed our warehouse space, equipment, software, individual warehouse procedures and other operations. The client provided us with additional information necessary for the quotation of our cooperation.</p>


<h3 class="Text__H2-t2ax9-1 LZzEP">Price quotation</h3>
<p>Based on logistical information from the client, we e-mailed a quote tailored to the client&#8217;s needs with the information that if there were any questions, we could get in touch to discuss specific details of the collaboration.</p>


<h3 class="Text__H2-t2ax9-1 LZzEP">Negotiation meeting</h3>
<p>Based on the client&#8217;s request, an online meeting was held to specify and agree on the details of the quote. The meeting resulted in a mutual agreement.</p>


<h3 class="Text__H2-t2ax9-1 LZzEP">Signing the contract</h3>
<p>Following the agreement, we prepared a binding contract which included an agreed price offer, SLA and other conditions necessary for reliable cooperation.</p>


<h3 class="Text__H2-t2ax9-1 LZzEP">Start of the goods dispatch</h3>
<p>After stocking the client&#8217;s goods and connecting our systems, mostly during the Christmas time, we started sending the first shipments from our distribution center, specifically to Amazon according to the FBA rules.</p>
