Our warehouse meets the highest standards of a Class A industrial building, which are defined by a number of technical parameters such as a minimum light storage height of 10 meters, a dust-free load-bearing concrete floor with a minimum load-bearing capacity of 5 tonnes/sq.m., wide column spacing, a high number of hydraulic loading bays, level hall entrances, a sprinkler system or other environmental requirements.

Stable conditions

Thanks to the above-mentioned features, we are able to offer our clients storage in stable temperature (20 – 23 °C) and humidity (45 – 60%) conditions throughout the year.

Storage flexibility

We store our clients’ goods on pallet and shelf multiSKU positions, where up to 95% of unique products (SKUs) are available for immediate picking. Throughout the year, we hold enough space for our clients’ sales peaks, or offer bonded warehousing options to optimise their cash flow.

Technological innovation

We also use (semi-)automated solutions to increase the productivity of our operations. We have, for example, the Airrob automatic storage and picking workstation, an autonomous pallet truck, the Fetch CartConnect autonomous robot, the cubiscan 3D scanner, VNA carts and other modern technologies.

International sales

Thanks to the location of our distribution center on the border with neighboring countries, we are able to deliver orders to as many as 4 countries within the next business day of their creation, by economical ground transportation. Specifically, we will deliver your orders in D+1 mode to the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.

Local carriers and line-hauls

We use a cross-border regular transport line to deliver orders to neighbouring countries. Our clients’ orders, which are picked up at our distribution center, thus go directly to the depots in the destination countries, reducing delivery times and overall costs. Direct shipping options are provided by GLS SK, InPost or Posta bez Hranic.

Proximity to carrier depots

In addition to the containers at the loading ramps and regular pick-ups, we also use the availability of depots directly at our logistics complex – specifically the depots of the Czech Post, DHL, PPL or DPD. This gives us constant access to direct shipments, allowing us to ship orders received in the late afternoon the same day.

Transport hub

The location of our distribution center is directly connected to the highway and rail network. In addition, the Leos Janacek International Airport for freight transport is located in the immediate proximity. Our clients’ processed shipments are thus in an excellent position for fast delivery to end customers. The logistics complex also includes a combined transport terminal where containers delivered from the port of Antwerp are handled.

Staff availability

The more than 1.2 million inhabitants in our region represent a sufficient reserve for flexible labour force supply. There is a direct train and bus connection from Ostrava, with a population of almost 300,000. We are thus able to respond to significant changes in our clients’ order volumes.

Frequently asked questions

What does the individual approach mean in practice?

Each of our clients has different requirements for receiving goods, picking, storage, packaging, etc. To ensure maximum satisfaction, we therefore follow pre-set rules and guidelines for each client, which also determines the final price.

How long does it take to start collaboration?

It depends on the size of the client and the current IT solution. For classic online store platforms we start the cooperation in a number of days to weeks, for more complex ERP systems the start-up is project-managed in a number of months.

How are fulfillment services billed?

Our services are billed on a monthly basis. Each of our clients pays a flexible amount for a specific month, where they are charged for the services they have actually used – warehouse space and logistics operations. We set individual quotations with our clients at the beginning of our cooperation, according to their specific needs.
