“Internally, we have an interesting and challenging year ahead of us, which I am personally very much looking forward to. We are at the beginning of a new phase for the company, which will take a slightly different direction than before, and I am glad to be part of it. In my opinion, Skladon has everything it needs to achieve a comfortable position in the long term and provide high-quality fulfillment services that will benefit both our clients and employees,“ said Martin Kolouch.
Cooperation with Funk Engineering continues
Skladon continues to work with Funk Engineering, a specialized consulting firm that helps with restructuring and optimizing warehouse processes. This partnership, which started a while back, lets the company tap into deep expertise in operational logistics, an independent perspective, and proven methods for effectively putting changes into practice every day.

Katerina Funk is taking over as HR manager, bringing with her experience from industrial and logistics companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. She will replace Zuzana Wojewodova, who has held this position for the past two years. The company’s management continues to consist of Milos Halecky (CTO), Max Kovar (CLO), and Dalibor Knecht (CFO). Management reinforcement continues.
Changes in the roles of company founders
Ten years after the company was founded, there are also changes in the roles of founders Konstantin Margaretis and Patrik Babinec.
Konstantin Margaretis is moving to the position of Improvement Team Manager, where he will focus on optimizing warehouse processes in collaboration with Funk Engineering. Thanks to his knowledge of the company and managerial experience, he will be a key element in the effective implementation of changes.
“I am 100% convinced that all of the above changes will lead to an increase in the professionalism of our company’s operations, which our clients will soon feel. I am already curious to see what the near future will bring,” added Margaretis.
Patrik Babinec has decided to step down from executive management, but will remain a co-owner of Skladon. He will focus on selected projects aimed at developing services for clients.
Skladon believes that the new personnel structure will strengthen the internal organization, the ability to implement necessary changes, and contribute to improving the quality of services and communication with customers.
